Why AITradePath

We’re a trading company too.
Here’s what most of them can’t do.

Every sourcing agent will tell you they visit factories and inspect orders. So will we, and it’s further down this page. What we actually sell is the service — and the three things under it are how you can check that the service is real, rather than take it on trust.

01

The service is what you’re buying.

Not a catalogue and not a listing. One named person from the first email to the last carton — no queue, no account-manager rotation, no being handed to someone who has to read the thread first. We chase the factory so you don’t have to, in their language and their working hours.

It also means you deal with one shortlist instead of twenty conversations. We pull what fits from across the whole network and hand it to you as a single set — and where it’s a sourced item rather than one of our two named lines, the maker stays ours until you order. You get the goods in your hands to judge, not a supplier list to chase. We tell you which is which on every quote.

And when a run slips we tell you early rather than on the deadline, with the fix in the same message. Most of what you pay us for happens after the PO — which is exactly when a marketplace listing stops caring.

02

We vet the factory before we put its name in front of you.

Business standing and registration checked, not taken on trust. Claims cross-checked against more than one source instead of repeated from a sales sheet. Capacity verified against what the floor can actually run — the line, the workers, the lead time — rather than the number they’d like to quote.

And we write down what we found. So when we tell you a factory can hold your volume, there is a record behind it rather than a handshake — and if the checks come back thin, you hear that too.

This is for the makers we bring in for you. Our two named lines aren’t re-audited every time you ask — we already work inside those floors and you can come and stand on them. Pretending otherwise would just be theatre.

03

We test it — and we publish the test.

“We do QC” is not a differentiator; everyone says it. What we do is run the product against a written protocol, record what we measured, and put the whole thing on this website where you — and our competitors — can read it. Including the results that came back worse than we hoped, and the conclusions we refused to draw because the data didn’t support them.

It matters most on the obscure categories — the ones with no review sites, no benchmark product and nobody to ask. That is exactly where a supplier’s word is all you would otherwise have, and exactly where a measured number is worth the most.

04

We stand on the floor, and you get the footage.

We don’t quote from a catalogue photo. We go to the plant, walk the line, and film it. And it isn’t a one-off showreel: name any style and we shoot that one — stitching, hardware, the inside — usually within a couple of days. You should not have to fly to China to find out what you are buying.

Geography helps here more than it sounds. We’re in Hangzhou, about an hour from Yiwu — the largest wholesale market on earth for general merchandise. For anything outside our two lines, that means we can be standing in front of it, picking it up and filming it, in the same week you ask rather than after a sourcing trip gets scheduled.

And the rest — which you should expect from anyone

These are table stakes. We do them, and we’d rather list them honestly here than dress them up as advantages.

Pricing from the producing factory.

We buy direct at source. No chain of middlemen quietly adding a margin between the factory floor and your PO.

Every order inspected before shipping.

Inspected in-house before it ships. On certification we don’t bluff: these factories work to GB standards and we hold no EN certificates today — tell us the standard your market needs and we quote third-party testing with the order.

One shipment, multiple products.

Orders from more than one maker consolidated into a single shipment — fewer freight bills, one set of documents.

Where this is going

You’re deciding on a relationship, not an order.
So here’s the direction.

A supplier page tells you what exists today. If your orders are going to run through us for years, you also deserve to know what we’re building toward — in the same checkable terms as everything else on this site.

Now

Every claim here is checkable.

Two factories named, and you can stand on either floor with us. Test reports carry document numbers and the numbers we measured — including the ones that came back worse than we expected. Where we don’t have something, the page says so.

Next

A test document behind every line we quote.

The shin-guard report is the template: what we checked, how, and what surprised us. We’re writing one for each category — and filming the tests, so a quote can carry footage of the actual construction instead of a studio render.

Slowly

The named-factory list grows one floor at a time.

A factory earns its name on this site after we’ve stood in it — walked the line, run our own inspection, filmed it. That’s why the list is short and will grow slower than a directory. A maker we’ve only emailed shows up as sourced, never as a name.

None of this asks you to take our word for anything — that’s the point. Ask for the document, the video or the visit, and judge the progress yourself.
