Exact figures are confirmed in your quote — but here's the shape of a normal order, so you don't have to email to find out. Prefer questions to tables? The FAQ covers the same ground in plain answers.
MOQ300–500 pcsStandard run per style. We go down to 50 on a first order — under 300 the unit price goes up by 8–15%, confirmed on your quote. Styles can be combined toward one MOQ.

ShippingFOB NingboFOB means we get the goods onto the ship at Ningbo; the sea freight, import duty and customs clearing from there are yours. Not set up for that yet? Ask for door-to-door and we quote the whole way to your address.

DelaysWe move the order, not the dateIf a run slips we move it to another factory in our network and finish it there — same spec, same price you already agreed. The cost of switching is ours, not yours. Want to check that factory first? We send you samples from it, free. And you hear the problem from us early — we bring it to you rather than sit on it. If it still ships late after all that, the remedy is agreed in your contract before you order.
