Straight answers

The questions buyers actually ask — answered before you email us.

No "contact us for details." Here is exactly how we work, so you can decide whether we're worth an enquiry. Numbers here are the short version — Trade terms is the full card, and your quote is what's binding.

Can you find the product I need?

Yes — that's the job. If it sits outside the lines below we source it rather than turn you away, and the process is the same every time: find the maker, go and see it before we quote, sample, then tell you plainly whether it came off a floor we work on or a supplier we vetted for you. We only put a factory's name on this site once we've stood in it — which is why the list is short on purpose.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

Trading company — and we'd rather say so. The useful way to think of us is as your buying office in China. For sports we work with named specialist factories (bags in Fujian, goalkeeper gloves in Jiangsu) that build for China's domestic market and don't export; we're their export side. Home & kitchen is our second line. Anything outside those two we source through buyers who already work inside that category, and we test what comes back before it reaches your quote. We'll always tell you which one you're getting.

How do I know the price is fair?

We buy from the producing factory, without a chain of intermediary suppliers. And here's the part worth knowing: skipping us does not unlock a lower export price. These factories do not export directly, so our side of the job is the export documents, the FOB quotation and the freight that move the order out of China. The factory pays us a service fee for that side — which is why the margin on your invoice stays thin. The full arrangement, including what that fee doesn't buy, is written up under How we get paid.

Who controls quality?

We do. 100% of orders are inspected before they ship. On certification we’ll be straight with you: these factories build for China’s domestic market, so they work to GB standards. If your market needs EN or another standard, say so and we quote third-party testing with the order rather than hand you a certificate we don’t have.

What's the MOQ?

300–500 pcs per style is the standard run. On a first order we go down to 50. Below 300 the unit price goes up by 8–15% — the exact figure is on your quote, before you commit to anything. And you can combine styles toward one MOQ, so 50 of six designs counts the same as 300 of one.

Can you do OEM/ODM?

Yes — colours, logo, materials and packaging. Send a sketch if that's all you have.

How fast can I get a sample?

Samples by air in about a week; custom logo or design adds lead time. Free samples for qualified buyers — serious enquiry, just ask.

Payment and shipping terms?

Mainly T/T — deposit plus balance, other terms negotiable. FOB Ningbo is standard; other ports and door-to-door on request. Production runs 25–40 days after sample approval.

Who do I talk to when something goes wrong?

One named specialist who knows your order and the factory behind it — not a ticket queue. Reply within 24 hours. On timing we’d rather warn you than apologise: we watch the run on the floor instead of waiting on the deadline, and you hear a slip from us early — we bring you the problem rather than sit on it. Then we move the order to another factory in our network and finish it there, at the same spec and the same price you already agreed — the cost of switching is ours. If you’d rather vet that factory before you agree, we’ll send you samples from it, free. Only if all of that still lands late does the contract remedy come into it.
