How we work

From your question
to the cartons leaving Ningbo.

Two halves, and the first one is the half most suppliers skip: we decide what to build before we quote how to build it.

Part one — before we quote

Most suppliers sell you what they already make. We start one step earlier — with what is actually moving in your market, not with what happens to be on our shelf. That habit comes from where we started: AITradePath was founded in 2024 by a data engineer, so the first question on any order is what the trade data says, not what the catalogue says.

What actually sells there

Before we push a style we look at what is really shipping into your market and in what volume. If a shape isn't moving in your region we'll say so — including when it's sitting in our own catalogue.

Where the price really sits

We use trade data to understand the price range buyers are actually paying in that category, so the number in your quote has a reference point instead of being one we invented. It also means we can tell you when a target price simply isn't buildable.

Which spec fits which market

Materials, sizing, labelling and packaging differ by region. We flag the mismatch before the sample, not after the container has landed.

This is the part a factory cannot answer on its own: not how to make the product, but what to make for your market. A factory knows how to make. The question you're actually paying someone to answer is what to make — and that answer doesn't come off a production floor.

Part two — five steps, one contact

Once the what is settled, this is the how. One named person runs all five.

  1. Tell us what you need

Product, market, quantity, customization — a rough sketch is enough to start.

You send a spec, a photo, a competitor's sample or a sketch. You get back our first read on whether it is buildable and roughly where the price sits — within 24 hours.

  2. We find & verify suppliers

We search our factory network and check who can actually build it to your spec.

If it comes off a floor we already work on, this step is short. If it does not, we go and see the maker before we quote — we do not forward you a factory we have only emailed.

  3. Compare quality & pricing

You get options with real factory-level pricing, not one take-it-or-leave-it quote.

You get more than one option where more than one is worth having, each with factory-level pricing and an honest note on the trade-off — lighter fabric against durability, a cheaper closure against feel.

  4. Sample & inspect

Sample to your brand, then in-house QC on the production run before it ships.

Sample by air in about a week; a custom logo or a new pattern adds time. Then in-line and pre-shipment inspection on 100% of the run — not a spot check.

  5. Ship worldwide

Export documentation, freight and delivery handled end to end.

Production runs 25–40 days after you approve the sample. Then export documents, booking and freight — FOB Ningbo as standard, other ports or door-to-door on request.
